When I reached home, I found that the cookies were all crushed. They were literally fully damaged. All i could do was throw them all in the dustbin. Since last two years I have been purchasing products from your outlet but have never faced such problem. I am very dissatisfied this time and I want a complete refund of my purchase.

I would really be grateful if you could look into the matter and make an arrangement for the refund of my purchase amount. I would request you to take immediate action.
