Dear Ms Phiya,

This mail is written to inform you about the interview for the post of content writer which was scheduled for the 21st of May has been cancelled. You left us a mail with your application attached for this interview and therefore you are being informed about the same so that you can reschedule your day accordingly.

We had received lots of applications for Content Writer post and had scheduled interviews for a few eligible applicants for the same post on 3 different dates which were spread over a period of 10 days. However we were able to find our suitable candidate in the interview scheduled yesterday and now have a consensus not to conduct any more interviews for this position.

We were impressed with your resume and in case in future if we have more vacancies for this post we shall inform you. We are glad you applied for this position at our organization.
