Subject: Email to bid farewell

Respected Mr. Jack,

This email is to inform you that I have resigned from the post of Assistant Manager of this organization. Today is my last working day in this office and hence I want to take this opportunity to let you all know that it was a great experience for me to work with you all.

When I joined this organization four years back, I got the job as a customer care executive. I joined here in the initial days of my career and this was the first organization I worked for in my professional career. Within a year, I was able to grab the position of assistant manager with my hard work and perseverance. This organization has taught me a lot and has helped me to grow as a professional as well as an individual. I will always be grateful to this organization for whatever it has given to me. I was honored as I got a chance to work with motivating colleagues like you all.

It is very tough for me to bid you all farewell. I would request you all to stay in touch me with me and to wish me all the best for my future endeavors. May God bless you all. My personal contact number is 08897-89797.

Regards,

Nick Carter
