Dear All,

This is an invitation to all of you for a party hosted by our company management on the occasion of its annual day i.e. 2nd April 2012. You all are being invited along with your family to attend this dinner party being held at Hotel Sheraton, Montrose. All the board members, team members and all the other staff members who have had association with the company for over three years have been invited to this party.

Please confirm your presence for the party at least three days in advance so that we can make necessary arrangements. Please remember this is going to be a great opportunity for each one of you to be able to interact with the top officials of our company which would help you all to open up new gates to success. You can build up more contact and valuable information. Last but not the least you will also get to relish all the wonderful dishes that are going to be served in the party.
