Dear Mr. Zach,

I want to formally resign from my post of Assistant Manager through this email. I won’t be able to work with your reputed organization, Alsttorm effective from 3rd March 2013. I would certainly complete my employment with the company and serve for 30 days as my clearance period.

You are very much aware of the reasons that have influenced me to take this decision and hence I would not like to discuss the same with you again even though I very strongly feel a lot can be discussed regarding the same.

But except these shortcomings, I would like you to know that I am extremely happy to work here in this organization. I had an amazing experience of working with you during my work tenure. This experience has increased my knowledge and skills to manifold and I am thankful to my colleagues and supervisors for the same.

Please feel free to contact me in case of any assistance required during these last four weeks. If I may be so bold, then please allow me to assist you to fill up the position just vacated by me.
