This is in regards to the lowly quality of cleaning services offered by your company. I had made a one year contract with your company and it seems that it is not up to the standards.

It’s really disturbing when I can see that your company has made false promises in providing better quality services. I would request you to initiate my refund within ten days as i am not interested in carrying our association any further.
It’s really a disgrace to see the company has made its reputation in the market as the best housekeeping facilities offeror but has failed to keep up the promise. Even after paying so high such a thing wasn’t expected. I am attaching my contract copy with this email and looking forward to get my refund soon.
