I Paul Adams have applied for the post of sales executive in your organization on 6th of May, 2012. I received a mail from the HR department on the 10th of May, 2012, stating that the company has shortlisted my resume as they found my qualifications and experience apt for the position. They also informed me that the interview will be conducted soon for this position and probably in a week’s time. They would inform me the date and the venue once they decide on it.
This mail was sent to me more than 10 days back and I still haven’t received any information regarding when the interview will be held. So this email is a follow up with regards to the interview email I received on 10th of May.
I would be grateful if you could please inform me the schedule for the interview. In case of any other requirements, regarding any other documents or information that you need from me, please let me know. Awaiting for an early response.
