We are extremely excited to welcome you to Zenith Technologies. As agreed, your date of joining is December 21, 2022. We will expect you to report by 9.30 am dressed in formal attire at our office. You will have to report to Mr. John Smith, Marketing Manager.

At Zenith Technologies, we work on giving our employees the best of working environment to help them perform the best. Your work station has already been assigned and set up and once you are at the office, you will be handed over the company’s laptop along with installed software that you will be using.

Your first day has been planned to help you settle comfortably and meet your team members. You can know more about it in the agenda that has been enclosed with the email. You will also be having a meeting with the HR department wherein you will be explained about all the important things in relation with your employment. Some important training sessions have also been planned for your first week to have the induction process going.
