Dear Sophi,
This mail is being sent to you to bid you goodbye before I leave the city. I am being relocated to Nottingham by my company officials to oversee the office there. Since I have a decent experience in this field they were confident about me that I would be able to manage the branch well and hence have decided to transfer me there. In spite of the fact that I am not very interested in leaving the city, I do not have much choice left with me.
I am going to miss you a lot there. I will always remember the long walks we went for or the evening coffees we had together, our continuous conversations and the weekend shopping spree that we indulged in. It is going to be very difficult to stay without you. Anyway, going to Nottingham is unavoidable and I bid goodbye with a heavy heart.
I would definitely try and visit you whenever I get time.
