It gives me immense pleasure to inform you that you have been selected for the post of senior marketing executive in our company, ABC Enterprises. Our interview panel is very impressed with your knowledge and self-confidence. Your work experience and other achievements also make us believe that you are the right candidate for this position.

On the 21st of May you are now required to come to our branch office along with the documents mentioned on the sheet attached with this email. You will be given you date of joining and offer letter once we go through your documents to check their authenticity. Please reach the office at 10 am on the mentioned date.
