Dear All,

This mail is to inform you all that I will not be available in the office from 25^th May 2013 to 31^st May 2013 on account of the business conference that I have to attend in Hampshire. This business conference is of utmost importance and will benefit our company in the long run hence I cannot think of missing it under any circumstances.

Mr. Gabriel has been appointed to perform all the duties on my behalf that otherwise I perform routinely. He is easy to approach and anyone can reach him at any time for any clarification on any official matter. I want things to function normally as they always do when I am present in the office and no delay in the documentation process will be tolerated for any reason. The documents should be processed in such a way that they are error free as the error free delivery of the final document is very vital in our business. Also maintain the confidentiality of the documents that are passing between various departments of our office.

Mr. Sabatin can be approached in case of any emergency regarding the matter. Do keep all the official discussions and meetings on records and I will review them once I am back from the business conference.
