Dear Aldric,

This email is in regard to the interview for which you appeared on the 15^th of May. You were called by our management for the interview after they saw your resume which was apt for the post of marketing manager and the management was quite impressed by your resume. You were judged by our interview panel on various aspects during and after the interview and shared their feedback with us.

As per the panel members, you are the apt person for the job as you have the exact required educational qualifications and good experience in the marketing field. Your excellent communication skills have also impressed them to a great extent and they believe and expect a lot from you now. According to them you fit accurately and perfectly well on various parameters. However, one area where you need to work upon is you supervisory skills so that you can do justice to the position. You need to work on this area and get yourself ready for the next round of interview on the 25^th of May.
