Subject: complaint against PayPal’s inability to pay for my transactions.
Dear Sir,
I Jack Andrews want to lodge a complaint against PayPal service for the inconvenience caused to me. I want to take immediate necessary steps to resolve my problem. The complaint is regarding an online shopping venture I indulged in but could not successfully complete it because I could not make my payments using my PayPal account.
This incident took place on 4th June 2013 when I was trying to shop from the site named ‘Fashion and You’. I was done with my shopping with two products in my cart but couldn’t buy those products due to Paypal’s internal errors. I tried to refresh the page so many times but ended up with no results. I also tried to talk to the customer service providers and they took this issue to new levels by not responding back to me and keeping me on hold for more than 30 minutes.
I hope that some action is taken as soon as possible and the matter is resolved efficiently. I wouldn’t want the same thing to repeat in future due to PayPal’s good image in my mind and also because I have suggested it to a lot of my friends and colleagues. I want you to check my account as it has a good amount of cash and I am unable to use my account since last two days. I would be pleased if you could help me resolve the problem as soon as possible.
