Dear Miss Daniels,
We regret to inform you that you have been called back from our office in Rome, where you had been sent for your internship for a period of two years. This decision is taken on account of complaints about you from the management in our Alta Moda office. You were unable to build up a good rapport with the team members and a suitable working relationship due to various circumstance, and hence it has become unavoidable for us to let you stay there. You will have to report back to our head quarters in San Francisco where official proceedings shall be initiated against you.
The offences that you are accused of committing are serious in nature and we take a strong exception to them. You might have to lose your job if found guilty. However, taking into consideration your long and successful professional relationship with the establishment we deem it fir to recall you for the time being.
