Writing you this email is to bring to your notice what I had experienced travelling through your prestigious airlines
On 12th of March 2013I was passenger booked on one of your flight SD 2541 to London which was annulled due to bad climatic conditions. We passengers had to face your rude crew members. They were not at all co-operating and not giving us proper answers, because of which I & many of us had a grueling experience in arranging another flight ticket. I was way behind my schedule for my trip.
I assume that this email would definitely make you take up some corrective action against those crew members as such a behaviour is not at all expected being in hospitality field.
