I had visited your store on 10th of March 2012 and I would like to lodge a complaint against a customer service executive at your store for misbehaving with me.
I had gone to your store to purchase few garments and was expecting a customer service executive to assist but there was no one present. On seeing this particular customer service executive named John Woo, I asked for help. But, he was busy talking to someone on his mobile phone. On asking for help again he behaved very rudely with me and even refused to help me. From a reputed store like yours, this kind of customer service is not expected.
I would request you to take action against this individual. If no action is taken you may lose one of your valuable customers and maybe many others.
