Dear Mr. Evan,
I am writing this email seeking a solution to my problem in regarding my Comcast Internet connection.
Since February 2012, I have been facing problem with my internet connection. There is no network or signal everyday between five in the evening till eleven at night. Hence I am unable to use the internet. I have even complaint about the same twice but in vein. Every time the customer service gives me an excuse that it is an area based problem and will be resolved in twenty four hours. A technician had also visited my place, but he could not solve the problem.
I would request you to look into this matter and if this problem persists I may have to take some other internet connection.
