Employee Complaint Email

Dear Collin,

We are pleased to be associated with your company and your association is valued and highly regarded by our company. You have provided excellent services as an employee and have proved beneficial to the company. We look forward to work with you in the future as well.

The main reason for writing this email to you quite different though. I haven’t been able to accept it myself yet and the news is dreadful to me. I was uncomfortable in sending you this email but the fact is Mr. Albertsons has been complaining about your impolite behavior since last few days.

I completely understand the work pressure your department is going through but such complaints against you are quite unusual, which will also affect the image of our organization in the long run. Since I know you, I took the matter in my hand and expect you to personally apologize to Mr. Albertson about your behavior and make things positively okay as soon as possible.
